I hereby declare that I am registering for the above-named course. I have read the course overview and agree to pay all fees by the due date. I understand cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to course start will be refunded minus the non-refundable but transferable deposit of $100. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to course start are non-refundable. If Equine Reiki cancels the course I can either attend another Equine Reiki Level I or receive a full refund.
